- Following an initial collaboration with Groupama Centre-Atlantique, Continuity is now supporting Groupama’s nine regional branches in mainland France.
- The signing of this multi-year partnership marks a significant scaling-up of this collaboration and reflects the two partners’ shared ambition to utilise artificial intelligence to enable more continuous management of property and casualty risks for business and commercial customers.
From a regional pilot to a group-wide partnership
Launched in 2021 with Groupama Centre-Atlantique as part of French AssurTech, the collaboration with Continuity has gradually expanded within the Group through the Volt’Terre Open Innovation programme, leading to its roll-out across the Group’s nine metropolitan regional branches by 2025. This initiative was recognised, notably, with the ‘Exemplary Collaboration’ award at the INNN 2024 trade fair, followed by the Argus d’Or in the Open Innovation category.
“With Volt’Terre, our ambition is to scale up useful innovations, developed in collaboration with business teams and designed to serve our customers. The partnership with Continuity is part of this approach: starting with a clear operational need, validating the value in the field, and then supporting its roll-out across the Group.”

Two complementary tools for business teams
The Groupama-Continuity partnership currently offers the following tools:
- Portfolio scan, which enables continuous analysis of current policies to identify situations where certain information needs to be updated or examined in greater detail. This allows teams to focus their efforts on cases requiring priority analysis.
- The underwriting assistant, rolled out to over 160 staff in the Professional and Corporate segments, centralises the information needed to assess applications and facilitates their analysis in accordance with the underwriting rules specific to each Group entity.
In both cases, the solution enables teams to devote more time to complex, high-value-added situations. The time saved can thus be reinvested in analysis, advice and prevention.
Innovation to transform the insurance industry
In Professional and Corporate P&C insurance, risks evolve throughout the life of the policy. By combining human expertise, analytical technologies and artificial intelligence, Groupama and Continuity aim to provide teams with information that can be acted upon more quickly, thereby fostering a better understanding of risk over the long term, rather than solely at the time of underwriting.
“Risk doesn’t end with the signing of the contract. It is a dynamic subject that evolves well beyond the contractual stage. From the very first trials, we found in Groupama a key partner in building a new way of understanding and managing risks. Artificial intelligence now enables us to monitor risks continuously. Thanks to it, speed and rigour are no longer at odds with one another. ”
